The Timeline for Registration is as follows:
Regular Registration February 23rd-April 3rd
Late Registration April 4th-April 10th
A late registration fee will be assessed- $10/delegate
No registration materials will be accepted after April 10th, 2009. Schools signing up during the late registration period have a less likely chance of being housed with their delegation (HINT: Register early!)
Additional Delegates
There is a registration cap of 10 delegates per school (this includes advisors). Schools wishing to bring extra delegates will have to fill out an Extra Delegates Request Form and sent it in with their registration materials. A request for extra delegates will only be offered to schools that sign up during the regular registration period.
Bidding Schools
Schools bidding for the NACURH 2010 conference will have a registration cap of 20 delegates (including advisors). All schools wishing to bid for the next year’s conference must submit a bidding school registration form with all other registration materials.
